Who you are buying from

Your account

• You need an account to keep an order history, save a delivery address or leave a review. You can browse and check out without one.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• One person, one account. We may close accounts used to abuse the shop, the reviews or other customers.

Prices and product information

• Prices are shown in USD. Where a dinar figure appears beside one, that is a conversion at the market rate for information, and the USD figure is the one your order is recorded in.
• We describe parts as accurately as we can, using manufacturer data. Specifications, photographs and datasheets are provided for guidance and can change without notice.
• If a price or a stock figure is obviously wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.

Orders

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and a contract exists from that point.
• We may decline an order, for example when a part is no longer available, the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or we cannot verify the payment.
• Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed. Contact us quickly if something is wrong and we will do what we can.

Payment

• You can pay online, in cash on delivery, or by bank transfer where we have agreed that with you.
• Online payments are handled by our payment provider on their own page. We never see or store your card details.
• Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.

Using the site

Do not attempt to break into, overload or scrape the site, and do not use it to post anything unlawful. We rate limit requests and keep security logs, and we will close an account that is used this way.

Reviews

Reviews are yours, and you keep them. By posting one you let us show it on the site beside the product. We remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal information or are not about the product, and we may show whether a review came from a verified purchase.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered. We are not responsible for how they are used: components are sold for you to design with, and checking that a part suits your circuit, your voltage and your application is your job. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed, and the date at the top tells you when this page last changed.
