Where we deliver

We deliver across Iraq, both inside the Kurdistan Region and beyond it. You choose your province and city at checkout, and the delivery charge for that destination is shown before you pay. If your city is not in the list, contact us at orders@sangartech.com or 0770 990 7092 and we will tell you what is possible.

What it costs

• The charge depends on the destination and is shown on the checkout page before you confirm anything.
• Some destinations are free. Where a free-delivery threshold applies, it is shown in the header and at checkout.
• The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

How long it takes

Where we can give an estimate for your city, it appears next to the delivery charge. Estimates are working days from dispatch, not guarantees: couriers, weather and checkpoints all move them.

When it ships

Orders placed on a working day are usually prepared the same or the next working day. You get an email when the order is confirmed and again when it is on its way. If a part turns out to be unavailable we contact you rather than shipping a partial order without saying so.

Receiving the parcel

• The courier calls the number on the order, so give one that will be answered.
• If you are paying cash on delivery, have the amount ready.
• Check the parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours and keep the packaging.
